Die direkteste Anfahrt aus dem Norden führt über Triest, der Küstenstraße durch Opatija folgend. Der Učka-Tunnel verkürzt die Fahrt aus dem istrischen Landesinneren, lässt den Berg aber ganz aus. Wer Zeit hat: Die Straße über den Poklon-Pass ist die zusätzliche halbe Stunde wert.
