Through a thoughtfully crafted visual identity and world-class amenities, Avara Resort comprises 12 luxury, fully equipped accommodation units across three distinct residences - Avara Grand Residence, Avara Wellness & Rooftop Residence and Avara Luxury Villa Residence - offering a perfect balance of privacy, wellness and ultimate comfort.
Each building has its own terrace, sea view and quiet. Some open to shared pools and gardens, others stay private.
The Luxury Villa
Standalone
A family villa carved into the southern edge of the complex. The most private of the units, with its own indoor pool, sauna, and covered terrace. Sleeps up to nine across four bedrooms and one TV room.
Penthouse
Avara Grand Residence / Exclusive unit
The pinnacle of luxury. Located on the top floor of the residence, the presidential Penthouse represents the ultimate luxury experience. Spanning an impressive 100 m2 it offers uncompromising elegance, absolute privacy and uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea and Kvarner Bay.
The Suites
Avara Grand Residence / 2 suites around shared living
Two Suites arranged around a generous shared living room, kitchen, dining room and sea view terrace or balcony. Suited to groups travelling together who want their own rooms but a single common floor.
The Apartments
Avara Grand Residence / 5 duplexes
Five two-storey apartments in the Avara Grand Residence. Each opens onto its own terrace and garden on the lower level, with two bedrooms and a second terrace above. Closer to themselves than to the shared spaces.
The Studios
Avara Wellness & Rooftop Residence/ 3 units
Three studio-scale units in the intermediate building, each with its own terrace. Guests of the studios share access to the wellness floor and the rooftop pool.
